W high-rises and malls popping up everywhere, the birds have been displaced. Designer Nishant Jethi came up with an idea called 'living typography', in which the entire alphabet and numbers 0-9 are recreated in hollow wooden 3D form, acting as birdhouses.

the letters can be hung outside one's abode as a nameplate or address number, or used individually, hung on tress adding a bold, graphic addition to the urban landscape.

I really liked this site, for its clarity in Xplanations(as they call), transparency in design thinking and the process with solutions..XPLANE, - better business, designed.

Like it. Its extrememly playful. These abstract Alphabets are brain child of Sascha Grewe who go by the label “artcanbreakyourheart.de”.

Barcodes

D-barcode specialises in turning barcode into something fun and memorable. Barcodes grace almost every product for sale. Given how much package real estate they command, why shouldn't they look cool?
